Smithfield appointed by Brookfield Asset Management

Smithfield is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by Brookfield Asset Management Inc. to manage its communications in the UK and Europe. Brookfield is a leading global alternative asset manager focused on property, infrastructure, private equity and renewable energy, is dual listed on the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges and has approximately $150bn of assets under management. 

Brookfield Asset Management currently has a number of interests in the UK, including the high-profile development of the 187m tower at 100 Bishopsgate creating 900,000 sq. ft. of new lettable office and retail space and is also a major stakeholder in the Canary Wharf Group.

The PR campaign will focus on raising the profile of Brookfield as well as its major operating divisions including Brookfield Office Properties, Brookfield Investment Management and Brookfield Infrastructure Group.
