Smithfield appointed by Trustees of the HMV Group Pension Scheme
Smithfield has been appointed by the Trustees of the HMV Group Pension Scheme in relation to the sale of Waterstone’s to A&NN Capital Fund Management, which was contingent on the agreement of the Trustee, the Pension’s Regulator and the shareholders. On behalf of Scheme Members, The Trustee negotiated a funding and security package valued at £60m over the next ten years.
